All Natrona County are invited to participate in a free drug take back safe disposal event on Tuesday, Jan. 31, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The take back will be held Chapman Lobby of the Walter H. Nolte Gateway Center.
Twenty-eight businesses involved in the health profession will be participating in Casper College’s Health Professions Career Fair on Friday, Feb. 3 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the T-Bird Nest.
The Casper College men’s and women’s basketball teams will host “Military Appreciation Night” on Saturday, Jan. 28 beginning at 3 in the “Swede” Erickson Thunderbird Gym. All veterans and current military with a valid ID will receive free admission for themselves and a guest.
Heath Goodall, Deaf Man “Wired” will be performing his one-man show in Durham Auditorium on Friday, Feb. 3 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. His presentation incorporates deaf poetry into stand-up comedy using no conventional signs to tell about his life experiences in the hearing world.
“Portraits of a Lyric Enthusiast,” the works of recent Casper College graduate Katie Dolajak, will be on display in the Goodstein Art Gallery now through Monday, Feb. 27. An artist’s talk will also be given by Dolajak on Tuesday, Feb. 9 at noon in the Visual Arts Center, Room 102.
Due to snowed-in conditions in Powell, Wyoming, the basketball double header scheduled for tonight between the Northwest Community College and Casper College has been rescheduled.
