Marketing Toolkits
Marketing Toolkits help Casper College employees and student leaders communicate effectively while staying aligned with the college’s brand, accessibility, and compliance expectations. Many people contribute to marketing and communications as a secondary responsibility. Toolkits make that work easier by providing templates, checklists, and best practices you can use right away.
If your project is external-facing, high-visibility, conversion-focused, or requires brand/compliance review, Strategic Communications and Marketing can partner with you through the Project Center. If your need is routine or local, these tools will help you move quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
Content Checklist
A short checklist that improves quality and reduces rework.
- Audience: who is this for?
- Purpose: what action should they take?
- Key details: who/what/when/where/cost/contact
- Call-to-action: register/apply/RSVP/learn more
- Channel fit: web first for details; social/email drive to web
- Accessibility: headings, alt text, captions, readable contrast
- Accuracy: verify names/titles/dates/fees/links. Ask two other people to review.
- Approvals: confirm required signoffs (when needed)
