The Casper College Collegiate Chorale, Men’s Choir and Women’s Choir will present the “Fall Collage Concert” on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 3 p.m. in the Wheeler Concert Hall.

Under the direction of Zachary Vreeman, choral instructor, and collaborative pianists Paula Flynn and Lynn Kahler, the concert will “feature a great variety of music, including several wonderful pieces written only in the last 10 years,” said Vreeman.

The concert will begin with the women’s choir, which will perform four songs including newer works by David N. Childs, Jocelyn Hagen and Stephen Paulus. The men’s choir will perform songs composed by Felix Mendelssohn, John Jacob Niles, Richard Nance, and a traditional Irish tune, “Wild Rover.” The concert will conclude with the Casper College Collegiate Chorale, who will perform primarily newer material including “Ballade to the Moon,” “Water Night” and others.

The “Fall Collage Concert” is free and open to the public. The Wheeler Concert Hall is located in the Music Building on the Casper College campus.
