ALC Graduation Set for May 22 at Casper College

The 2025 Lee and Felicia Castellow Adult Learning Center at Casper College High School Equivalency Commencement will be held on Thursday, May 22, beginning at 6 p.m. Between 60 and 70 students are expected to march at the event.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Craig Bates. Bates, who has called Casper his home for the last 12 years, received his high school equivalency certificate in 2006. He then entered the plumbing industry and is now a master plumber.
This year’s student speaker will be Bryce Dacus, who earned his high school equivalency certificate through the Castellow Adult Learning Center while incarcerated at the Casper Reentry Center. Now employed, Dacus is working to further his education by attending Casper College for a diesel mechanics or addiction studies degree.
Student awards and recognitions, as well as high school equivalency awards, will be presented during the ceremony.
Both the ceremony and a reception following are free and open to the public. The graduation ceremony will occur in the Wheeler Concert Hall in the Music Building on the Casper College campus.
