The Casper College Foundation and Alumni Association are hosting a High Tea to raise funds to help support Casper College students in need on Thursday, Dec. 7, from 2-4 p.m. in the Chapman Lobby on the Casper College campus.

Tickets for the event, which are limited to 100, are $40 per person to attend the “heartwarming event.” “Those joining us will be contributing to a meaningful cause, ensuring that no student on our campus goes hungry during the holiday season and beyond,” said Denise Bressler, executive director of the foundation and alumni association.

The event will include a selection of delectable treats and refreshments. “As we sip, savor, and socialize, we’ll all be making a difference in the lives of our students,” noted Bressler. According to Bressler, the foundation and alumni association have set a goal of $5,000 to help students. Currently, the fund stands at $1,200.

Donations of money and high-demand items are also welcome and accepted for those unable to attend. Those items include Alfredo and pasta sauce, Hot Pockets, frozen dinners, deodorant, cup of noodles, canned chicken or tuna, and almond milk.

The suggested dress for the event is elegant afternoon attire. Tickets can be purchased, and monetary donations can be made here. To contribute items, stop by the foundation office or call 307-268-2256.

The Chapman Lobby and the foundation office, Room 306, are located in the Walter H. Nolte Gateway Center on the Casper College campus.
