Communication Policy:
Email is the primary method of communication at Casper College. All financial aid related emails will be send to your @mycc.caspercollege.edu address, so be sure to monitor your CC email account regularly for important information, requests and notifications.
We only send financial aid updates and notices to you, the student. In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your account will not be discussed with anyone else—including parents, guardians, family members and friends—unless you give us explicit information to speak with them. If you wish to release your student records, you must complete an Authorization for Release of Information Form. Find more information about FERPA in the Catalog.
