August 2018

  • 16 — Late registration, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., Nolte Gateway Center
  • 17 — New student orientation sessions I and II
  • 18 — New student orientation session III
  • 18 — Enrollment Services and Accounting/Financial Management Offices open 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • 20 — Fall semester classes begin
  • 20-24  Enrollment Services Office open Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • 24  Bookstore charging with financial aid closes for fall
  • 31  Census date / Payment deadline / Last day for 100% refund

September 2018

  • 1  W grades issued for withdrawn classes
  • 3 — Labor Day - campus closed
  • 4  Financial aid refunds disbursed

October 2018

  • 1  MyCCscholarship application opens for spring 2019 scholarship applications
  • 8-12 — Mid-term week
  • 15-16 — Fall break - no classes (administrative offices open)
  • 18 — FAFSA Filing Frenzy event; location: GW 225
  • 10/29-11/2  Advising for spring classes

November 2018

  • 1  MyCCscholarship application deadline for spring 2019 scholarships
  • 2  Advising Day - no daytime classes meet
  • 8 — Withdrawal deadline - Deadline to withdraw from a class or for a Complete Withdrawal
  • TBA  End of term course evaluations begin
  • 21-23  Thanksgiving break - campus closed
  • 30  New student advising and registration for spring 2019 semester by appointment, GW 2nd floor lobby (Tentative)

December 2018

  • 3 — Application for graduation deadline for fall 2018 semester
  • 10-13 — Final exams (Monday - Thursday)
  • 14  Fall semester classes end
  • 12/24-1/1/19  Holiday break - campus closed (Tentative)

2019 Spring

January 2019

  • 2  Campus administrative offices re-open
  • 2 — MyCCscholarship portal opens for 2019 fall semester scholarship applications
  • 2 — Bookstore charging with financial aid opens for spring
  • 17 — Late advising and registration for spring semester
  • 18 — New student orientation (tentative)
  • 21 — Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Wyoming Equality Day - campus closed
  • 22 — Spring semester classes begin
  • 22-25 — Enrollment Services Office open: Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; and Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
