Reference and Research Service

Reference Services is located on the second floor of the library and is staffed by librarians. If we cannot provide an answer to a question, we will always try to refer you to the resource or individual we think may be able to provide the needed information.

During the regular semester librarians are available at the reference desk during the following times:

Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm

Friday: 8am-1pm

Library IT Help Desk

Located in the lower level of the library, the Library IT Help Desk provides Casper College and UW-C students, faculty, and staff extended IT support.

Services:

  • Phone and walk-up technology support
  • 12 lab computers, 4 iMacs and printing
  • Username/password help
