Best Picture Oscar winner “Lawrence of Arabia” will be shown on Friday, April 28 at 7 p.m. as the second of two films for this year’s 26th Annual Casper College Multicultural Film Festival, “Remembering World War I Through Films.”
The Werner Wildlife Museum and the Natrona County Weed and Pest Department will present a special program, “Fight the Bite: Everything You Need to Know About Mosquitoes and Mosquito-borne Disease in Natrona County” on Thursday, April 28 at 7 p.m. at the museum.
Thirteen student-directed short films will be previewed during the Sixth Annual Casper College Student Film Festival on Tuesday, May 2, at 7 p.m. in Durham Auditorium located in the college’s Aley Hall.
Through an agreement with Valley City State University, Mala Stagg will be presenting her senior bassoon recital on Saturday, April 22 at 7 p.m. in the Wheeler Concert Hall.
Sophomore music majors Michaela Bell and Juliane Woodward will present their sophomore recital on Friday, April 28 at 7 p.m. in the Wheeler Concert Hall.
The Casper College Jazz Ensemble and the Casper College Contemporary Singers will present “Jazz Night” on Wednesday, April 26 at 7 p.m. in the Wheeler Concert Hall.
Casper College nontraditional students Amy Hahn, Magdalena Quinn, and Alan Vandeventer will perform in a recital on Saturday, April 29 at 3 p.m. in Wheeler Concert Hall.
The first of two films for this year’s 26th Annual Casper College Multicultural Film Festival will be shown this Friday, April 21 at 7 p.m. with a presentation of the restored version of the 1930 Best Picture winner “All Quiet on the Western Front.”
