Casper College student Devin Pike selected as a Coca-Cola Leader of Promise
Casper College sophomore Devin Pike has been selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship from Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society as a 2019 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholar.
