Marvel Named Head of Business and Industry

Roberta Marvel has been named dean for the Casper College School of Business and Industry. Marvel has been serving as the interim dean since July of 2017.

Marvel began her career at Casper College in June 2008 and was the department chair and an instructor in the computer security and information systems department in business and industry.

“It is a privilege to serve as the dean of the school of business and industry. Having worked in this school for the past 10 years, I am committed to the programs we provide and the individuals who manage them. I look forward to working with these individuals in the years to come,” said Marvel.

Marvel holds an associate degree in secretarial science from Casper College; a bachelor’s degree in secretarial science, master’s degree in instructional technology, and doctoral degree in adult learning and postsecondary education from the University of Wyoming; and a certificate in business education from the Wyoming Department of Education.
