Physical Education

Casper College's Physical Education Department is home to athletic programs, activity classes in up-to-date facilities, and a fitness and wellness center all just a short walk from residence halls.

With an associate degree in physical education, you can work in Education, Sports Nutrition, Coaching, Officiating, Sports Psychology, Fitness/Wellness Clubs, Sports Medicine, Community Recreation, Therapy, Sports Marketing, and Sports Journalism/Broadcasting. The possibilities are endless!

The associate of science degree in physical education offers the following areas of concentration:

  • Teaching
  • Coaching Certification
  • Exercise Science
  • Health

Activity classes offer opportunities to learn skills and games that may be enjoyed after leaving school.

They include Aquatics, Aerobics, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Racquetball, Volleyball, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Handball, Trapshooting, Circuit Training, Hockey, Softball, Rock Climbing, Soccer, Western & Social Dance, Nordic Skiing, Alpine Skiing, Self Defense, Outdoor Living Skills, and much more!
