MISSION:

The Accounting and Financial Management Office strives to ensure the fiscal integrity of and accurate accountability for Casper College assets while meeting applicable standards and regulations.  The Accounting and Financial Management Office provides service to internal and external constituencies in support of the Casper College mission and purposes.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

• Receive an unqualified audit opinion

• Timely and accurate financial and budget reporting

• Timely and accurate student billing, financial aid, refunds

• Maximize the return received by investment within required guidelines

• Maximize customer service

• Prompt/accurate processing of purchase order requests

• Prompt and accurate payment to vendors

• Maintain relevant, updated policies and procedures regarding financial management

• Keep staff members informed and knowledgeable
