Casper College Forensics team member Scarlett Miller won the top individual speaker award at the recently held 35th Annual Pioneer Trails Tournament.

The Casper College education program provides the first two years of a bachelor's degree program, which leads to certification of elementary public school teachers.

Students who follow the recommended curriculum may also receive an associate of arts degree from Casper College.
