Job Summary and Responsibilities:

This part-time position helps to provide outstanding support for the enterprise computing and networking at Casper College.
>Assist with installation of low voltage cables and other devices associated with access control
>Deploy UPS systems
>Troubleshoot and resolve various Windows PC and Macintosh hardware and software problems
>Communicate effectively with a variety of clients
>Develop Documentation
>Sever maintenance: Linux and Windows; light coding projects, assist with rollout/wsus

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution. >Registered student with a GPA of 2.5 or above
>Strong communication skills – must be able to speak in a professional manner to a variety of clients
>Strong problem solving and technical computer skills
>Collaborative team player
>Familiarity with Windows, Linux and Macintosh OS X operating systems
>Positive customer service-oriented attitude
>Must be able to climb ladders and lift 25 pounds
