Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Automated Health Systems, a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare company, is hiring motivated and team-oriented, customer service professionals in the Cheyenne, WY area.
As a part of the Wyoming Medicaid Customer Service Center Project, you will be responsible for providing education, assistance, and eligibility services to Wyoming Medicaid customers.
Qualifications for the positions include:
Excellent communication skills,
Strong PC proficiency,
Customer service focus with a passion for helping people,
Knowledge of Wyoming Medicaid preferred,
Associate Degree and/or related experience required.
Bilingual language skills a plus.
