Anthropology

Anthropology is a holistic discipline that is concerned with the physical nature of humans and their relationship with the environment, as well as the social and cultural aspects of behavior.

What are the features of Casper’s program?

The curriculum at Casper College offers a general background in anthropology for students who are pursuing a liberal education and provides basic preparation for students who wish to become professional anthropologists.

Students will find an anthropology background useful in any occupation in which knowledge and appreciation of human diversity is important, such as education, government, social service, personnel, marketing/advertising, international business, tourism, museum work, health professions, natural resource management, city planning, and environmental consulting.
