Glen Hardy establishes scholarship in honor and memory

Glen Hardy has established an endowed scholarship to honor Rebekah Bugg and Kathryn Lowell, and in memory of former Casper College Theatre Director Tom Empey.
To be eligible for the Rebekah Bugg and Kathryn Lowell Scholarship, students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 and major in technical theatre or performance theatre. The scholarship is intended for a nontraditional student taking 12 credit hours. However, those applicants not enrolled in 12 credit hours will also be considered.
Two students will receive a $1,000 annual scholarship: one for technical theatre and the other for theatre performance. Applicants do not need to be Wyoming residents to qualify.
