Fun and creative gift baskets representing the home countries of Casper College’s international students and student athletes are available as unique Christmas gifts.

Great gift-giving idea

Now through Tuesday, Dec. 23, baskets, usually $40 each, are available for $25 each. Each basket contains a cookbook with favorite recipes from students’ home countries, a mug with all the flags of this year’s represented countries, a coaster with that student’s flag, a set of postcards featuring holiday traditions, a hand-painted ornament representing the student or their country, and a globe stress ball.

Baskets are available representing students from Bermuda, Canada, Côte d’Ivoire, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, New Zealand, Serbia, Spain and Taiwan.

Individual cookbooks and ornaments

If you would like a smaller gift, consider the cookbook, sold individually for $10 each or a hand-painted flag ornament for $5 or four for $15. This year’s flag ornaments are available from Argentina, Australia, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Côte d’Ivoire, Finland, France, Germany, India, Japan, New Zealand, Peru, Serbia, Spain, and Taiwan.

International Student Club

“The Casper College International Student Club for the 2025-26 school year consists of 33 students representing 20 unique countries. Proceeds from basket, cookbook, and ornament sales will go toward a club trip to Denver in the spring semester,” said Mala Stagg, international and athletic student coordinator and club sponsor

Typically, club members meet once a month and participate in community service and on-campus activities.
