New Head Coach Nate Macy to run basketball camp for girls

Nate Macy, Casper College’s newest head coach, will lead the 2025 T-Bird Girls’ Basketball Camp June 2-4 at the “Swede” Erickson Thunderbird Gym.
During the annual camp, Macy will provide each camper with an enjoyable time while teaching basketball skills and the team aspects of the game. Macy just completed his eighth season at Casper College, and 18th overall.
“We are committed to giving your daughter an enjoyable time at Casper College while teaching her the skills and team aspect of the sport of basketball,” said Macy.
The camp will feature two sessions: one for grades third through fifth, which will run from 9 to 11 a.m., and the other for grades sixth through eighth, which will run from 1 to 3 p.m.
The cost per person is $85, and each camper will receive a camp T-shirt. Check-in is 30 minutes before the start of camp. All campers are asked to bring basketball shoes. Basketballs will be available 30 minutes before camp starts.
Coach Macy was named head coach in December 2024. At Casper, he has helped guide the Lady T-Birds to a 224-36 record, won eight Region 9 North Championships, and has made seven NJCAA National Tournament appearances.
