Workforce Development announces new online classes

Workforce Development at Casper College now offers additional online business and professional development classes.

“Individuals can take as little as six weeks to enhance their business and professional development for improved job skills or job advancement,” said Sarah Schneider, workforce training specialist. According to Schneider, Workforce Development at Casper College, in partnership with ed2go, offers online classes and certificate programs designed to provide the skills necessary to address the diverse and ever-changing business landscape. “So, whether you are an experienced executive, an entrepreneur or a nonprofit professional at any level, we have classes that can help,” Schneider noted.

The online classes, ranging from six-week fundamental to nationally recognized certification programs, are available anytime. “Our programs are designed by a team of professionals from each respective field, providing everyone with effective web-based learning programs,” Schneider said.

New classes offered by Workforce Development include the following fundament classes; “12 Steps to a Successful Job Search,” “Building Teams That Work,” and “Start Your Own Online Business,” while advanced career training classes include “Business Operations Specialist,” “Certified Virtual Assistant,” and “Social Entrepreneurship.”
