The Tate Geological Museum is hosting a free “Dino Dash” fun run on Saturday, June 10, at 10 a.m.

“Dino Dash” is for kiddos aged 12 and under and will feature prizes for the best dinosaur costume, best-dressed dog, and best-decorated scooter or bike. According to Dalene Hodnett, director of museums, the short trek will culminate with cupcakes.

“We’re excited to see the community turn out in their best dinosaur fashions,” said Hodnett. “Here’s another chance to use that Halloween costume and possibly win a gift card to a local retailer. Kids, dogs and bikes are all welcome!”

“Dino Dash” will begin at the Tate, located on the southern end of the Casper College campus, near the life-sized T.rex bronze. For more information, contact Hodnett at 307-268-3026.
