Many businesses have already signed up as sponsors of the 2021 T-Bird Trek scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 12. Funds raised through sponsorships and participant fees are used to provide scholarship dollars for Casper College students.

“We are thrilled to have so many businesses who have already stepped up to sponsor this year’s Trek,” said Ann Dalton, race director and associate director of development for the Casper College Foundation and Alumni Association. “We are hoping to see more businesses sign up for one of the sponsorship opportunities,” she said.

Race sponsorships are available for $2,500. Those interested can choose to sponsor one of the five races: Lookout Point Half-Marathon, Downhill Half-Marathon, 10K, 5K, or Virtual Trek.

For $1,000, Water Station sponsorships are available, and for $500, Mile Marker sponsorships are available.

“This year, we will hang all sponsorship banners in honor of all our past sponsors since the first Trek in 2015. Whether an organization can provide sponsorship or not, it is our way of saying ‘thank you’ for the kindness they have shown to the foundation and alumni association,” Dalton said.

As of March 22, the following businesses are sponsors of this year’s Trek: Williams, Porter, Day & Neville P.C., Hilltop Bank, SuperCuts, the University of Wyoming at Casper, Wyoming Medical Center, Lenhart, Mason & Associates LLC, Platte Valley Bank, Spence Law Firm, the Casper Star-Tribune, KCWY-TV, Oil City, Kate’s Real Food, Ben Winckler Photography, Platte River Trails, the Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center, Adbay, Townsquare Media, Visit Casper, First Interstate Bank, Wyoming Machinery, Keyhole Technologies, Qdoba, Pepsi, and Jonah Bank of Wyoming.
