The 2020 Adult Learning Center at Casper College High School Equivalency Commencement will be held virtually in the interest of the health and safety of students, their families, and supporters. The virtual ceremony will premiere at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30.

The ceremony can be viewed on the college’s YouTube site at bit.ly/ALCVirtualGraduation.

This year’s commencement speaker will be Ashley Taylor, a graduate of the Adult Learning Center and Casper College. Taylor obtained her High School Equivalency Certificate in 2004 and her Associate of Science degree in 2019.

Taylor is the field representative for U.S. Sen. John Barrasso. Before her position with Barrasso, Taylor was a student success office assistant for Casper College. According to Chelse DePaolo Lara, ALC director, Taylor’s message “ … is powerful and a true inspiration.”
