The Tuesday, Feb. 4, headline concert for the 53rd Annual Casper College Kinser Jazz Festival has been canceled due to Monday’s snowstorm. However, the Wyoming All-State Jazz Band, the opening act for the headline concert, will be performing at 5 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 4.

“Unfortunately, with the closure of the airport yesterday, the orchestra was unable to fly in,” said a Casper College representative. All those who purchased tickets in advance have been refunded.

The festival is in full gear for Tuesday and Wednesday, and the complete schedule can be viewed online at caspercollegearts.cc/kinser-jazz-festival. For more refund details, call the music office at 307-268-2606.

All performances will take place in the Wheeler Concert Hall and are free and open to the public. The Wheeler Concert Hall is located in the Music Building on the Casper College campus.
