Casper College and BOCES Students to Intern in Senator Barrasso’s Office

Three Casper College students and one BOCES student have been accepted to intern this summer for United States Senator John Barrasso.

Bethany Raver, who received her Associate of Business degree in business administration and her Associate of Science degree in marketing in May, will finish her Casper office internship at the end of May and then spend the summer interning in Washington, D.C., according to Daniel Gallegos, military liaison for Senator John Barrasso.

Albert SixFeathers, who is majoring in paralegal studies, and Gavin Heady, who received his Associate of Arts degree in anthropology in May, will both intern in Casper.

Finally, high school student Harrison True, who has been attending Casper College through the Board of Cooperative Educational Services – BOCES, will intern in Senator Barrasso’s Washington D.C. office.

To be selected, intern candidates must submit an internship application, rules consent, current resume, three short essays, one letter of academic reference, and one letter of character reference. Those selected receive a monthly stipend to help with living expenses. Internship programs run for four months in the spring and fall and three months in the summer.
