Job Summary and Responsibilities:

● Student employee is responsible for coordinating and staffing the athletic apparel store at most
athletic events and may take assignment of special projects as they present in the office.
o Apparel Store:
▪ Arrive 30 minutes prior to the game starting. Open the store and place signs.
▪ Place floor displays and/or tables with merchandise.
▪ Prepare the store IPAD and log into the payment system site.
▪ Assist with selling merchandise and completing transactions.
▪ Restock merchandise and close the store. Return the IPAD to the charging
station. Close out cash sales.
▪ Put away any floor displays and/or tables.
▪ Assist with inventory control, restocking and labeling merchandise throughout
the year.

o Special projects occur throughout the year and generally involve other office-based
work opportunities including maintaining a general promotional item inventory and
special projects assigned by the director.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution. ● Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution.
● Ability to work independently.
● Effective communication skills.
