Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Reports To: Laura Driscoll, Executive Dean, and Sarah Schneider, Workforce Training
Office and computer tasks, register Continuing Education students, greet and assist
students, make copies, filing, place/answer phone calls and reply/send emails.
Assistance with field trips, conferences, set up for events/classes.
Assist instructors with AV/IT support.
On campus errands.
Printing mailing labels and nametags via Microsoft Word.
Clean and organize as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding problem solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and the Google platform.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on some occasions, and
ability to balance life/school/work.
Dependability and excellent time management skills are a must.
Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership
Must be in good academic standing, with a preferred cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above.
