Job Summary and Responsibilities:

This part-time position helps to provide outstanding support for the enterprise computing and networking at Casper College.
Duties:
>Deploy switches, access points, UPS systems and IoT devices
>Configure switches and routers
>Manage DHCP and DNS applications
>Troubleshoot and resolve wireless and wired connectivity issues
>Communicate effectively with a variety of clients
>Develop documentation
>Assist with installation of ethernet and other low voltage cables

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution. Degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution.
>Registered student with a GPA of 2.5 or above
>Strong communication skills – must be able to speak in a professional manner to a variety of clients
>Strong problem solving and technical computer skills
>Collaborative team player
>Positive customer service-oriented attitude
>Broad knowledge and interest in networking
>Must be able to climb ladders and lift 25 lbs.
