We are actively recruiting a DSP with a MINIMUM of 1 year of experience.

Multiple openings ~ Candidates MUST be flexible and reliable, MUST be able to work all shifts including Days, Nights & Overnights.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
Get PAID to support people while they shop, workout, go to concerts, go out to eat, go to coffee, go to Special Olympics, go to the movies, etc.
Help people live more independently and happily in their homes by working with them to achieve their goals
Assist with people’s day-to-day needs (transportation, bathing, assisting in preparing meals, etc.)
Provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits
Write documentation about the supports you provided during your shift

Required Qualifications:
The successful Direct Support Professional (DSP) candidate must:
Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
Be flexible, motivated, and self-directed
Be at least 21 years of age
Have dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
Be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check
Provide a clean driving record
