Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Ensures that audio/visual equipment and media used for instruction and presentation at Casper College are functional, available, and effective.
Assists with multimedia and audio setup for community and classrooms on Casper College campus.
Assists in inventory of all AV equipment and supplies on campus.
Participate in testing of educational technology tools and web-based solutions.
Provide technical support to faculty and students and other duties as assigned
Assist DLC personnel with faculty/student support in AV needs, helps in research online, software testing, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree-seeking student, enrolled in at least 6 credit hours at CC or a partnership institution. Good word processing and general computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to know or quickly learn the following software: MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), web conferencing (Zoom), image capture and editing, Adobe Acrobat, Moodle LMS, Google Tools, and others as deemed necessary.
