Job Summary and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a driven and compassionate individual to join our team as the Assistant Director of Nursing in our Casper, WY (Meadow Wind) location, a 98 bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community . In this role you would work closely with the Director of Nursing to train and manage clinical services staff and manage resident care plans.
Strong people management skills and a desire to mentor will help to ensure success in this role.
Minimum Requirements:
You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
Registered Nurse license.
Assisted living, dementia, geriatric care experiences a plus.
Require a caring, cheerful and compassionate attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and training skills with highly organizational skills.
Needs to be comfortable and proficient with computer charting and able to learn the company’s clinical software program.
