Digital Learning Center — Audio/Visual Services
The Digital Learning Center (DLC) supports Casper College faculty, staff, and departments with classroom and event AV technology. From projectors and Newline interactive panels to microphones and conferencing cameras, our AV Coordinators are here to help you teach, present, and connect effectively.
We support Casper College with:
- Setup and troubleshooting of classroom AV systems
- Training and walkthroughs on using projectors, Newlines, document cameras, and more
- Planning and coordination for campus events that require AV technology
- Installation guidance and consultation on new AV purchases
- Ongoing documentation and user guides for common AV setups
The DLC provides first-line support for the following classroom and instructional technologies:
- Newline interactive panels
- IPEVO & VZ-R document cameras
- Meeting Owls & Zoom
- Projectors (Epson Classroom Series or equivalent)
- Basic microphones and speaker systems
- Lecture capture tools (e.g., YuJa, Zoom)

All AV support requests must be submitted through one of the following methods:

We encourage at least 3–5 business days’ notice for support related to campus events or special setups.
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
After-hours support is limited and must be pre-scheduled with adequate notice.
