Casper College Livestock Judging Camp June 24-26

The Annual Casper College Livestock Judging Camp will be held June 24 through 26.
CC Volleyball Camp Features Three Sessions

A volleyball camp for girls will take place at Casper College in the “Swede” Erickson Thunderbird Gymnasium June 17-19.

The camp, under the direction of Angel Sharman, women's volleyball head coach and athletic director, and Adrian McNamee, assistant volleyball coach, will feature three sessions. The first, from 10 a.m.-noon will be for fifth and sixth graders, followed by a camp for seventh and eighth graders from 1-3 p.m. and finally one for ninth through 12th graders from 3-5 p.m.

Respiratory Therapy Program Receives Award

The Casper College Respiratory Therapy program has been chosen by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care to receive the Distinguished RRT (registered respiratory therapist) Credentialing Success Award.
Students Sought for New Writing Class

Students are sought for a new fall class at Casper College: “NaNoWriMo,” ENGL 2490.

“NaNoWriMo,” short for National Novel Writing Month, will challenge students to write 50,000 words in 30 days. According to Jill Hughes, English instructor, the first two months of the class will be used to prepare for November’s NaNoWriMo challenge.
