Tate Show Features Unique Ceramic Works

“From the Earth,” a new art show at the Tate Geological Museum, will be on display through Saturday, May 4.

“We are once again working with Casper College’s ceramics instructor Mike Olson to bring the work of Casper College (ceramic) students into the museum,” said Patti Finkle, director of museums.

The show features works inspired by the museums many “… unique and interesting collections,” noted Finkle.

The show is free and open to the public, as is the Tate Geological Museum. The museum is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m-5 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The Tate Geological Museum is located on the Casper College campus.
