Long-running X-rays for Treats Canceled at College

The Casper College School of Health Science will no longer offer X-rays of Halloween treats or the haunted house and carnival on Halloween.

According to Tammy Frankland, dean for the school of health science, the decision, though difficult, was reached due to a number of factors. Those factors include an older X-ray machine that “has become unreliable and cannot be easily replaced” and new fire codes that do not allow haunted houses in facilities without a sprinkler system.
