Tuition, Fee, and Withdrawal/Refund Information
By registering for class, students assume responsibility for all charges, for knowing the correct tuition and fees owed, for verifying the status and balance of their account, and for payment of all charges in the Accounting and Financial Management (AFM) office prior to payment deadlines.
Payment Due Dates
- Payment due dates are based on your registration date, not the starting date of a course.
- Casper College tuition and fees are due by the payment deadline.
2023 Summer
Register/add classes by:
- On or before 6/9/23 = payment due 6/9/23
- 6/10/23 – 7/15/23 = payment due 7/15/23
2023 Fall
Register/add classes by:
- On or before 9/1/23 = payment due 9/1/23
- 9/2/23 – 10/15/23 = payment due 10/15/23
- 10/16/23 – 11/10/23 = payment due 11/10/23
- 11/11/23 – 12/8/23 = payment due 12/8/23
2024 Spring
Register/add classes by:
- On or before 1/29/24 = payment due 1/29/24
- 1/30/24 – 3/15/24 = payment due 3/15/24
- 3/16/24 – 4/12/24 = payment due 4/12/24
- 4/13/24 – 5/10/24 = payment due 5/10/24
How you can receive your refund:
Financial aid refund checks will NOT be available for in-person pick up at Casper College. Log in now to myCCinfo for our new direct deposit option. If no option is selected, your financial aid refund will be mailed to your home address which may take an additional 7-10 days to receive.
