The Vice President of Administrative Services is the chief financial officer of the college and is responsible for recommending and implementing policies and strategies to assure the institution’s continued financial strength. Reporting to the President, the Vice President serves as a key member of the senior administrative team and plays an integral part in the institution’s decision-making process. Casper College seeks an experienced individual who has unquestioned integrity and ethics and is a team leader.

The Vice President of Administrative Services is responsible for the college’s operating and capital budgets, investments, and endowments. In addition, the Vice President of Administrative Services provides leadership and manages facilities and physical plant, insurance and risk management, financial planning, banking and auditing relationships, legal issues, purchasing, human resources, and oversight of outsourcing of auxiliary enterprises. The Vice President of Administrative Services also assists the Board of Trustees and President of the college with issues such as bond indebtedness, investments, and endowments.
