When you think you know were Phlip is go to that sight on campus to see if he is there and see what that campus resource can do for you.
When you find him take a picture of yourself with Phlip, and then send that picture to swiftkick@caspercollege.edu Be creative with your pictures- have fun, there may be additional prizes!!
Every student who sends a picture of themselves with Phlip will be entered in a drawing for a $100.00 gift certificate to the Bookstore.
