- Discover solutions to generational challenges in the workplace.
- Learn the seven core traits of Gen “Y”.
- Examine the differences between generations.
- Develop strategies to hire, train, and integrate Gen “Y” into the workplace.

- Teachers can receive .5 hours of PTSB credit for attending.
Dr. Ginny Barnes
Dr. Ginny Barnes is a speaker, trainer and consultant who travels world wide working with others on issues of leadership, planning, communications, negotiations, and conflict resolution. She is the author of Eight Steps to Effective Negotiations: Letting the Other Person Have Your Way. Ginny has served a lengthy list of corporate, education, government and healthcare clients including AT&T, Bank of America, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, I.R.S, Kraft, Merck, US Postal Service, and Wal-Mart.
