The Casper College Cheerleading Squad was re-introduced in 2003. We started with 6 female participants and in 2004 doubled that number and have been able to recruit male cheerleaders as well.
The Cheerleaders are not only seen on the court of the T-Bird gym but also in the community. Some of their community service efforts have included working with the Boys and Girls Club which sponsored Cheerleaders for midget football teams. The CC Cheerleaders taught the young girls cheers that they used during their games, and were often at the games helping cheer on the teams.
You may also find the CC Cheerleaders ushering for the Wyoming Symphony concerts.
Two CC Cheerleaders have been choosen by "Cheerleaders of America" to judge cheerleading competitions in Riverton, Wyoming and Billings, Montana.
The Squad practices 3 times a week learning new cheers, dance routines and stunting techniques.
