Uploading Questions from Question Assistant to WebCT
With your question file open in Question Assistant, go to Tools -> Change settings. Click on the WebCT Upload Settings tab. Type in "http://de.cc.whecn.edu:8989/" for the WebCT Server and port. Make sure WebCT 3.0 is selected for the WebCT Version. After that, click "Save Settings". Now you are ready to upload.
Log into your WebCT course in Netscape. Then in Question Editor click File -> Upload Questions to WebCT. Click "Yes" on the box that pops up to continue. Another box saying "Please Wait" will pop up. While it is up be sure not to use the mouse or keyboard, since this will interfere with the process. You should see things happening in your Netscape window. When the "Please Wait" box disappears your questions should be uploaded. In your course, navigate to the Questions Database. Select the "Default" category and click "Go". Your questions should appear on the left.
