These scholarships are awarded to full-time, degree-seeking students who are enrolled in one of the Life Sciences division which includes:.Agriculture, Agri-Business, Biology, Physical Education, Pre-Dentistry, Pre-Medicine, Pre-Optometry, Pre-Physical Therapy, Pre-Veterinary, Pre-Occupational Therapy, Medical Technology, and Wildlife Management.
All scholarships are subject to the Scholarship Guidelines.
Casper Mountain Lions Club Scholarship - Available to Casper College freshmen students that are residents of Natrona County. Must have a cumulative G.P.A. of at least 2.5 to be eligible. Preference given towards students majoring in agriculture and having some relationship with the Casper Lion's Club. Contact the Casper College Students Financial Assistance Office for additional information. Applications are available in early March.
Central Wyoming Kennel Club, Casper - Casper College graduates accepted into a school of veterinary medicine. Valued at $500. Proof of acceptance into veterinary school required.
Myron W. Martin Memorial Scholarship - Must be a current Casper College student majoring in agriculture and be attending full-time with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Need will be a consideration. Applications are available November 1st and March 15th of each year. Contact the Casper College Student Financial Assistance Office.
Bob Milek Memorial Scholarship - Available to sophomore wildlife management or related area major. Must be Wyoming resident with a 3.0 cumulative GPA. Value varies. Contact the Casper College Life Science division for more information. Applications available in August.
Natrona Rebekah Lodge No. 13 Educational Fund - Available to part-time students (6-11.5 hours) in human services or health care area. Valued at $100. Special application is required. Applications are available from the Casper College Student Financial Assistance Office in early October.
Zula and Deryl Safford Scholarship (Private) - The Zula and Deryl Safford Scholarship is available to full-time Casper Donor intends to give two scholarships each in business (accounting majors preferred), agriculture, nursing and education. A financial need statement must be submitted. Applicant must be a Wyoming high school graduate, full-time Casper College student with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Applications are available the first of October and mid-March from the Casper College Student Financial Assistance Office.
Jeff Stafford Memorial-Casper College Ag Club - Agriculture majors. Valued at $200. Contact the Casper College Agriculture Department for more information.Applications available in August.
Soil and Water Conservation Society - Wyoming Chapter - Agriculture, natural resource conservation, or related areas majors that completed one year of college with a 2.5 cumulative GPA. Valued at $200. Contact the Casper College Students Financial Assistance Office for additional information. Applications available in early January.
Cheryl Dunblazier Wempen Memorial Scholarship - Available to a female physical education major. Special application required, contact the Casper College Student Financial Assistance Office for more information. Applications are available in early April.
Jean Wheatley Scholarship - Tuition award for a female physical education major, one semester. Applications are available March 15th in the Casper College Student Financial Assistance Office. Applications are available in early April.
Marla Wonser Scholarship - Available to Casper College Occupational Therapy (COTA) students. Contact the Casper College Occupational Therapy Department for more information.
