Policies and Procedures

The lab will be closed on all school holidays.
Test appointments will be scheduled on the hour and half-hour.
Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments will be taken on a first-come, first served basis. Once the lab is full (at eleven stations), no more students will be admitted at that time. No walk ins shall be permitted!
Students need to call the Testing Center phone at 268-3850 to schedule appointments.
Faculty can get tests to us and back via student runners or in person.
Completed tests will be filed in the lab and can be picked up at the testing center.
Faculty will need to specify length of time for test, days tests may be taken, name of instructor, whether or not calculators, books or notes may be used, whether the test requires pen or pencil, access codes, and any special instructions.
Students should also be aware of any special instructions regarding their tests.
Students will need to present picture ID cards before testing.
If unable to keep an appointment, students should call 268-3850 or email testing@caspercollege.edu to reschedule rather than just showing up at an alternate time.
All personal items must be placed in a locker prior to testing.
No food, drink, or children.
