Welcome to Casper College Shipping & Receiving
The mission of the Casper College Shipping and Receiving Department is to receive incoming shipments and process outgoing shipments. We strive to accomplish these duties in a timely, cost-effective and courteous manner.
SERVICES
- Receive and deliver incoming shipments
- Process and ship outgoing shipments
- Deliver warehouse stocked supplies [ Forms ]
- Process automated bulk mailings
- We primarily ship using UPS and FedEx
HOURS OF OPERATION
- Fall & Spring hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Summer hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- We are closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily for lunch.
During this time there is no one available to receive shipments.
- We are closed on college holidays.
LOCATION
- Shipping and Receiving is located on the south end of campus in the Maintenance Building and directly behind the Tate Museum. We are on the 2nd floor in room 201.

Welcome to the Casper College Mail Room
The Casper College mail room handles all incoming and outgoing mail for the institution. The College operates in accordance with U.S. Postal regulations. All USPS mail and intercampus mail is delivered Monday-Friday. If you are sending a letter that needs to be sent "certified with a return receipt" please have it ready before noon of the day you want it sent. All outgoing mail will be processed no later than 3:00 pm. on the day it is picked up.
Work-related mail
- U.S. Mail:
All of the College's mail with a return address of "Casper College" must have material related to the College in order to comply with postal regulations. Postage will be affixed by the machine located in the mail room. Please put your department code in the upper left hand corner above the return address. Packages over 13 oz. will be accepted only if they contain College-related materials.
- International mail:
- Addressing the letter:
The full address must be typed or clearly written in English. You can use a foreign language address in the address section if the names of the city, province, and country are also indicated in English. Foreign postal codes, if used, should be placed on the line above the destination country. Send international mail in standard white, manila, or recycled paper envelopes or boxes. WINDOWED ENVELOPES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We recommend you print your delivery addresses in ALL UPPERCASE letters in the following order:
Line 1: Name of Addressee
Line 2: Street address or post office box number
Line 3: City or Town name, other principal subdivision (such as Province, State, or County) and postal code, (if known) In some countries, the postal code may precede the city or town name.
Line 4: Country

Print or type your address in the upper-left corner on the front of the envelope. Your name and address, including ZIP Code⢠and country of origin, should be shown in the upper left corner of the address side on all mail in this order:

- Residence Halls:
The mail room receives and delivers USPS mail and USPS personal packages Monday through Friday to the Residence Hall students.
- Personal mail
The mail room sends outgoing personal mail under 13 oz. for employees at the employee's expense. Please affix your own postage and put it in the daily outgoing mail. If the package is over 13 oz. it is your responsibility to take it to the post office. Please remember when sending out personal mail it is best to use your own personal envelope and stamp.
