PIANO RECITAL TO FEATURE FIVE PIANISTS

A recital featuring the students of Casper College piano instructor Kathy Williams will be held on Friday, May 10 at 7 p.m. in Durham Recital Hall in the Aley Fine Arts Center.

The recital will feature the piano skills of five Casper College students: Lindsey Hall, Hannah and Kennedee True, Jon Johnson, Abby Warner, and Jayne Jacobs.

Both Hall and Johnson will perform three compositions, while the Trues, Jacobs, and Warner will perform two each. In addition, the Trues will perform together on a Claude Debussy composition, “Petite Suite No. 2, Cortege (Procession).”

The recital, which is required of those receiving a music degree from the college, is designed to showcase the talents of the individual students on their instrument of study. The recital is free and open to the public.
