Harry Melotte is president and CEO of Melotte Distributing, Inc. located in Green Bay, Wis. His entrepreneur origins began in 1976, when he and his wife, Nancy, purchased and operated a small meat locker plant named Bay Frozen Foods. Today, Melotte Distributing employees 60 people and had $25 million in annual sales in 2011. Let Melotte teach you how to make an average cut into a high quality product.
