Student Housing Options

Residence Halls. Housing for full-time, unmarried students is provided on-campus in Bailey Hall, Morad Hall and McIntire Hall. All are three-story brick buildings providing ready access to the centers of campus activity. There are no imposed curfews and a meal plan is required. Housing is recommended for freshmen students but is not required. There is a $200.00 deposit per application for residence hall reservations.

Family Student Housing. Housing for families is available on the Casper College campus. Twelve one-bedroom apartments are available and the rent includes utilities and telephone. Eighteen two-bedroom apartments are also available for rent and include utilities and telephone. All of the apartments are furnished, although occupants must provide their own utensils, dishes, bedding, and linen. A deposit of is required to hold the reservation for all apartments. The deposit is refunded when the apartment is vacated in satisfactory condition.

Single Student Apartments. The Thorson Terrace Apartments include eight two-bedroom apartments and rent includes utilities and telephone. They can be rented as single or double occupancy. Apartments are furnished, but occupants must provide their own bedding and linen. The Thorson Terrace Apartments have no cooking facilities and are available to sophomore students with a GPA of 3.000 or above. A damage deposit is required.
