Thank you for participating in our on-campus dining program! We are excited to introduce you to this year's repertoire of delicious meal options, which includes a contemporary, crowd-pleasing selection of many of your favorites foods along with some of our own tasty specialties.

Our team of professionals are dedicated to providing all new and returning students with dining options and services that rival your favorite restaurants and shops.

The variety of services and locations that have been developed on campus truly enable us to provide each of you with quality food products, excellent customer service, and a wide range of offerings that will enable you to satisfy you palate and meet your budget.

The dining service at Casper College provides a wide variety of choices for our students. Each meal is freshly prepared and provides students with healthy choices. Breakfast consists of egg, meat, cereal and pastry choices. Lunch and Dinner choices include soup, several entrée choices including vegetarian, items from the grill such as hamburgers and a pizza option. Each meal also includes a salad bar, drink and dessert choices.

MEAL CARD
Selection of a Campus Dining Services Meal Plan entitles you to eat in the Robert Commons Cafeteria. Selection of a Campus Dining Services Meal Plan with Bonus Bucks opens up a whole new array of dining choices. You will be able to use your bonus bucks to buy meals in the Ben Roberts Cafeteria for friends and guests. You will also be able to use Bonus Bucks at our T-Bird on the Go coffee cart, located in the Physical Science Building, and the Doornbos Student Lounge, located in the Administration Building.

LOST YOUR MEAL CARD?
Your student ID card is your ticket to eat! Do not lose this, have it with you at every meal. If you do lose it you can get a new one in the Student Services Office in the Administration Buidling for $5.00.


PearMEAL PLANS
In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the next academic year. If you need to purchase a meal plan, or if you would like to make a change to the plan you have already selected, simply contact the Accounting and Financial Management Office located in the Administration Building at (307) 268-2244.

Having trouble selecting a meal plan? Try considering your daily routine... Do you eat three meals a day? Will your class schedule, studying, extracurricular activities and social events interfere with dining? Will you miss dinner due to employment or evening classes? Anticipating the answers to these and similar questions will help to select a meal plan that best fits your lifestyle.

If you live in the Residence Halls you must purchase one of the Student meal plans below. These rates do not include housing.

  • Student Plans
    • 19 meals per week, $1200 per Semester
    • 10 meals per week, $1030 per Semester

In addition to these meal plans we also have T-Bucks available for everyone to add on to your ID. Buy a plan with Bonus Bucks and double your purchasing power! What a great deal.

  • Student Plans
    • 15 meals per week plus $60 Bonus Bucks, $1200 per semester
    • 10 meals per week plus $80 Bonus Bucks, $1075 per semester

Commuters and Off-campus residents may also purchase meals plans.

  • Commuter/Apartment Plan
    • 60 meal plan, $525 per Semester (meals cannot be carried over from semester to semester)

We also offer T-Bucks!
T-Bucks and Bonus Bucks can be used during business hours at the Ben Roberts Commons Cafeteria, the Doornbos Student Lounge (located in the AD Building), Gateway Building (3rd floor lounge), and the T-Bird on the Go! (located in the physical science building).

Buy in at $200, you get $225. Buy in at $100, you get $110. Buy in at $50, you get $52.

T-Bucks can be added to your meal plan and will roll over semester to semester and year to year. If you want inexpensive options to eat and do not live on campus, this is for you. Staff, Faculty, Students, and even Administration- anyone can buy T-Bucks with a college ID.

THE PERFECT TIME TO DINE 

Our dining program has been designed with you in mind.  Flexibility, varied hours and a choice of dining locations will all enable you to find the perfect place at the perfect time. Please refer to our dining schedule when planning meals.

This year there are added days of service!! We will be open all four days of Fall Break and all three days of Easter Break for Brunch and Dinner, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

You will find recipes, nutritional and wellness information as well as have the opportunity to "Ask The Dietitian." www.BalanceMindBodySoul.com provides reliable nutrition and health information that can easily be accessed any time of the day.

Topics that students are concerned about such as eating healthfully while away at school, vegetarian nutrition, and eating for fitness are presented in an informal, lively style.

Dining Policies & Procedures
One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal Cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.

 

EmployeeDining Services Employment
