The WCBO Scholarship is for a freshman/sophomore, male/female and must attend school full time (12 hours a semester), maintain a 2.0 grade point average and be in need of some financial assistance. Applicant must be a Wyoming resident and the student must express a desire to enter into the construction trade industry. The fields of study to be considered are: Construction Technology, Construction Management, and Welding Technology.
